My Yoga Styles
Vinyasa ~ Connecting breath with movement; slow flow, faster flows, Sun Salutations.
Sculpt ~ Vinyasa with hand weights.
Yin ~ AKA Deep Stretch; long holds for back and lower body; gain flexibility beyond the muscles reaching into the tendons, ligaments and joints.
Kids Yoga ~ Age groups: 2-5, 5-8, 9-12, 13-18. Yoga specialized for appropriate mind/body development.
